The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract or exchange the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment, except for products made to order according to the Buyer's specifications.
Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

To make a return, please download, print and complete the return form available on our website, enclose it with the returned goods and send the parcel to the following address:

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Buyer.

Please notify us of the return by e-mail at shop@4carwash.eu, stating the tracking number and the name of the courier company.

After receiving the returned goods, we will prepare the necessary documents within 14 days and issue the refund according to the details provided in the return form. A refund for a purchase made with an invoice is subject to our receipt of the confirmed copy of the corrective invoice together with confirmation of the date of its receipt.
