Solenoid valve from the German brand Bürkert. Normally closed. Connection thread: G3/4". Used in BKF car washes as a safety valve allowing softened water into the polishing program.
Bürkert 6240 solenoid valve 1-160bar G3/8'' DF VA 24V AC/DC
A set of two high-pressure solenoid valves manufactured by Bürkert. Used in newer BKF car washes. The body is made of stainless steel. The coils can be powered by direct or alternating current. The solenoid valves open the flow of high-pressure water to the selected lance (main wash, foam, brush). The VK-032 repair kit can be used with these valves.

It can also function as an anti-freeze safety valve in the event of a power failure. The original VK-013 repair kit can be used with this model.
